How to wear it
- 1. Wrap It
Securely wrap band around your hips - 2. Attach It
Attach slings to front of band. Begin by attaching them 2-3 inches apart from the middle of the pelvic area. - 3. Cross It
Crisscross slings and pull them back through your legs - 4. Attach It
Attach slings to back of band. Adjust slings on front/back of band for maximum pelvic floor support and ideal fit.

How to Wear Your Belly Wrap
The Wrap is 3-5” inches from closing even when you’re stretching it as much as you can – TOO SMALL 🙁
You can exchange it, buy the Extender or wait it out.
The Wrap is almost touching end to end! YAY – this is the perfect fit – just pull it a little and adhere closed, DO NOT EXCHANGE!
The Wrap has plenty of Velcro left - ROOM TO SHRINK! YAY! This is a GREAT fit!
The Wrap closes all the way to the end of the VELCRO – BOO, you will need a smaller size

We recommend sizing for the Mother Tucker Leggings post-pregnancy. However, if you want to have a pair “hospital bag” ready, we’d suggest ordering one size larger than your pre-pregnancy size.
