Yes. There is no charge for your Born Fabulous baby product consultation.

Can I select more than one product category?

Yes. Select all the categories you would like to discuss during your consultation.

What if I do not know which products I need?

Select “I am not sure and would like general guidance.” Our team will help you identify the most relevant options during the consultation.

Can I choose between an online and an in-person consultation?

Yes. You can indicate your preferred consultation format on the form. At present we only do in-person consultations at our Stokke store in Brooklyn Mall, Pretoria, but we will be rolling out more venues soon.

Our team will confirm the arrangements when they contact you.

Do I have to purchase something after the consultation?

No. There is no obligation to purchase. The consultation is designed to help you understand your options and make an informed decision.
